How to determine your ring size?

Has my order shipped?
You will receive an e-mail notification when your items has been shipped, and can check order status by following the link provided in your notice of order confirmation

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
You can change the quantities at the beginning of the check out process

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number and instruction with your notice of order confirmation

My order never arrived?
You will need to make enquiry at your end with Fed-Ex, give them your tracking number, if package is not found, source your claim with Fed-Ex, send us an e-mail and we will assist at our end to manage your case

An item is missing from my shipment?

I received the wrong product.

When will my back order arrive?
If an item is not available and back ordered, we will notify you by e-mail and /or you can check the lead time from the product detail page

What are my shipping options?
Fed-Ex for all international shipment and choice of Fed-Ex or Thailand General Post Office Registered parcel post for local residence

What are my payment choices?
Visa, Master Card, American Express and Paypal

Can I change my shipping option or my order?
No

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Local sales tax is included, however, any other related taxes at country of arrival is beyond our control and is your sole responsibility

Do I get a receipt and when?
You will get e-mail confirmations from Nam Jewelry and Paypal immediately after confirmation of purchase. A hard copy of receipt is provided on arrival.

When will my credit card charges appear on my account?
Usually, charges are invoiced in your next monthly statement, however, for further details, we advice you to contact your credit card provider.

Is the currency conversion rate very different from that of your estimates?
There is a conversion tab on our product detail page; the estimate is based on the then conversion rate, however credit card companies have policies of their own and rate may vary which is beyond our control.

How do I create an account?
At check out, you will be asked personal details, completing these questions will automatically create an account for you.

How can I edit my account information?
Click account info on “products page”, login and click account maintenance

I forgot my password.
Go to “products page”, click “lost password” on the right, under login button
