Shipping to APO and FPO addresses in the US APO & FPO orders must be processed through the military postal service. We ship all APO & FPO orders via postal service “Priority Mail” and your package should arrive at the appropriate APO/FPO processing centre within 10-14 business days through the United States postal service. From that point on, we depend on the military postal service to deliver the package to you. We cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date. These are calculated based on total item sold and to delivery destination, and are included in the "Shipping, Handling and insurance charge. Please note: “applicable taxes” at point of destination are not included. We insure each order until items are received. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is relatively risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

14 days return policy Our 14-day return policy gives you time to consider your purchase, to ensure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item, without custom engraving and in its original condition, within 14 days from the date of receipt of product. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. Payment method: All our charges are in Thailand baht, but for your convenience, we offer several methods of payment and a currency conversion table for a closer estimate of cost at time of purchase. You may use your visa, master card, American express or paypal account. You can wire transfer to us for amount exceeding US$800 for total order. Bear in mind, transfer cost on both sides are for your account and that foreign bank charges are to be included in the wired amount. A 5 % charge on total sales should be added for wired transfer payment.
